Coconut Oil Pancakes
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. We've created this deliciously healthy recipe for pancakes using Coconut Revolution's organic coconut oil! Sweet tooths can rejoice in these guilt free breakfast delights that will leave you feeling full and packed with energy!
Coconut Oil Pancakes:
Makes 12 serves.
500gm whole grain flour or buckwheat/quinoa
1 full teaspoon of organic baking soda
150 grams of Coconut Revolution Organic Coconut Oil for the Kitchen; melted
700ml coconut milk
1: Crack the eggs into a bowl, add flour, baking soda, oil, milk and mix through.
2: Heat the frying pan and line with coconut oil for anti-stick.
3: Pour the dough into the pan. Wait until the mixture bubbles and then flip over. Fry until golden brown.
To serve top with coconut yoghurt, some fresh berries and a spoon full of raw honey.
