Cook: Superfood Smoothie Bowl
Here at Coconut HQ we love smoothie bowls!
Great for a healthy and nutrition-packed breakfast, they are so easy to make with the ability to tailor the toppings to what you love - our fave is shavings of coconut of course!
Note: if you like your smoothie really thick use extra frozen berries.
· 1 small frozen banana
· 1 cup frozen berries
· 1 tbs chia seeds
· 1 tbs Coconut Revolution's Organic Coconut Oil for the Kitchen
· 1 tbs yoghurt
· 1/2 cup of almond milk
· 2 tsp maqui berry powder
· Toppings of choice!
1. Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour into a bowl or mason jar
3. Add your choice of toppings. We love berries, coconut and chia seeds for added colour and texture.
